Why one-office implant care matters
Many practices refer implant surgery to one office and the crown to another. That hand-off adds appointments, cost, and room for miscommunication. At Baker Ranch, Dr. Khoshsar plans the final tooth first, then places the implant in exactly the position that tooth needs—so function and aesthetics are designed together.

Single implants, implant bridges, and full arches
A single implant replaces one missing tooth. When several teeth in a row are missing, two implants can support a bridge of three or four teeth. When most or all teeth are failing, a full-arch solution like All-on-4® can replace an entire upper or lower arch on as few as four implants.
If bone has been lost, bone grafting or a sinus lift can rebuild the foundation. Many patients who were told elsewhere that they were not candidates find they have excellent options after a 3D evaluation.
What to expect, step by step

3D consultation
We capture a CBCT scan and digital impressions to see bone volume, nerves, and sinus position before anything is planned.

Guided placement
The implant is placed with a precision surgical guide, often with sedation, in a visit that typically takes about an hour.

Healing & integration
Over roughly three to six months, the implant bonds with bone. You wear a temporary tooth so you never go without a smile.

Final restoration
Dr. Khoshsar designs and places a custom porcelain crown shade-matched to your neighboring teeth.

Cost, insurance & financing
A single implant with abutment and crown is typically quoted as one all-inclusive fee after your 3D consultation. Financing plans are available, and many dental and medical plans contribute toward part of the cost.
