How Much Do Dental Implants Cost in Orange County? (2026 Guide)
A transparent breakdown of what goes into implant pricing—and the questions to ask so you compare quotes fairly.

Medically reviewed by Dr. Ramin Khoshsar, DDS, DMD

Dental implants are one of the best long-term investments you can make in your health, but pricing can feel confusing. One office quotes only the implant post, another includes the crown, and a third adds imaging and grafting separately. Here is how to understand what you are really paying for.
What an implant fee should include
A complete single-tooth implant has three parts, and a fair quote should list each one:
- The implant post placed in the jawbone
- The abutment that connects the post to your new tooth
- The custom crown that you see and chew with
- Planning: 3D CBCT scan, digital impressions, and a surgical guide
Factors that change the price
Bone grafting or a sinus lift may be needed if bone has shrunk after a tooth was lost. Sedation adds comfort for longer procedures. Premium crown materials and complex front-tooth aesthetics can also affect cost. Full-arch treatments like All-on-4® are priced per arch rather than per tooth.
Insurance and financing
Many PPO plans now contribute toward implants or at least the crown. Medical insurance sometimes contributes when tooth loss results from an accident. For the remaining balance, third-party financing can spread payments over time.
At Baker Ranch, implant consultations are free, and you leave with a written plan that lists every component so there are no surprises.
